Job Description ---

Should have relevant experience in windows server management of 2-4 years.
• Required hands on experience on Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Servers.
• Required Desktop and network level troubleshooting skills.
• OS installation and patches management.
• Should have basic Linux knowledge.
• Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components are mandatory (DNS, DHCP, WINS).
• Good fundamentals and technical hands-on experience on Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
• Willingness to work on rotational shift timings.
• Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes (Incident, change, configuration, and problem management) and certification will be an added advantage.
• Anti-Virus: Implement, Manage, and troubleshoot various Anti-virus applications (SEP, McAfee, etc.)
• Cloud Technologies: Working experience in 0365, and Azure & AWS are added advantages.
• Good knowledge of OSI Layers, LAN, and WAN.
• Good knowledge of IP Addressing, Troubleshooting network issues.
