What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Support and maintain 200+ (mostly enterprise) applications
- City website, financial systems, HR systems, city services, utility billing, cash collection, documents imaging, payroll, permit systems, etc.
- Not doing any custom app dev
- Supporting COTS apps
- Support internal Client employees helping with workflow process and automation (no programming)
- Supporting client employees with individual user applications
- Supporting user administration and maintenance of enterprise applications (more admin, not troubleshooting)
- Will be able to do some project management, working with software development vendors
- SSO integrations
- SQL reporting
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree from 4 year credited university (transcript and degree required)
- 2-4+ years of professional experience
- Application/user support exp
- SSO integration exp
- SQL reporting
- Passionate about IT
- Plus: Local government
