Responsibilities

Work with healthcare client and with the Service Line to optimize initiatives related to patient centered care, service excellence and clinical/ business initiatives

Plan, organize, and evaluate activities related to optimization for practices within Physician and Ambulatory Network Services

Skills

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Specialist with patient centered care, service excellence and clinical/ business experience

Experience with any of these below technologies: Ambulatory Platform, HL7, Anesthesia Systems, Soarian, Touchworks Application, Functional - Understands clinical workflows - specially OBGYN department workflows, OTTR (Transplant Surgery) & FERT (REI) systems, Sunrise OB Analyst, Sunrise Clinical Documentation, Sunrise ADT Analyst, Sunrise Prod Support / Error Handling, Sunrise Pharmacy (SRx), Sunrise Pharmacy (Order Entry), Sunrise Orders/Results, Sunrise Mobile
