Fully dedicated FTC for the Project to Manage all Software and Infrastructure Changes. Expected a big amount of Software changes.

Attend project meetings to gather all the information about forecasted changes.

Provide training to your team members on how to create and properly document changes.

Guidance on the Change Management process to avoid back and forth in change submissions.

Coordinate escalations with the technical execution team to expedite response time.

Review with other CIOs the schedule for changes to PRO to avoid collisions and prioritize just in case (for this I'll require allocated resources for the rest of CIOs).

Point of contact when deploying critical projects to Production.

English and Spanish

ITIL Foundation certified (Most important)

Partenon, Alhambra, WebSphere, Banksphere, Mainframe.

Azure, VMWare, Redhat Enterprise 6.x and 7.x, Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, powershell/bash scripting and Storage Administration, Remedy and ServiceNow.
