The Position:

This position will provide Tier 1 duties including Desktop Support (Helpdesk calls related to logging into laptops, Zoom meetings, headset troubleshooting), Computer Hardware  (Imaging computers, packaging and shipping computers), Hardware/Software Inventory (adding or removing licenses from user and computer accounts, using Excel/Teams Chat/Outlook Email), and Cross Training ( as knowledge is increased through assisting agents with laptops and software, projects will be assigned based on skill level).   Qualified candidates have experience with Active Directory, Virtual Computers, and Excel, have excellent communication and time management skills, and are “the go to” for technology amongst friends/family, collegues, etc.….

Top skills you need to have:

  • Must have ability to obtain a security clearance 
  • Minimum of 2 years technical support of end-user desktops in a Microsoft Windows environment. 
  • Must be highly knowledgeable of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems. 
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Active Directory
  • Technical school training and/or college coursework is required.  Bachelor’s Degree or systems technical certification preferred.
  • VMWare or equivalent virtualization experience is a plus
  • o365 experience
  • ServiceNow experience is preferred
  • College Degree
