Location: Hyderabad (work from the office )

Timings:6 PM to 3 AM IST

Mon-Friday

Must have skills: Cold Calling. Email Marketing, Lead Generating 

Experience: 2- 5 years minimum

 

  • Responsible for new business development via prospecting high-value target accounts, qualifying the customer needs, and closing the business for the North American & Canadian region
  • The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and accounts for the Company
  • The candidate will need to foster, promote and facilitate Gleecus's offerings across all the domain areas
  • Develop opportunities through cold-call prospecting, leads driven via webinars, email marketing, LinkedIn, events, web inquiries, phone inquiries, etc.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of all Business Development activities & marketing in the US and Canadian region
  • Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Giving online and face-to-face presentations and demos to the clients
  • Provide consultative solutions sales process to prospects in IT solutions related to Custom Software Development, Cloud, Mobile, AI, and Microsoft technologies(Dynamics & Power Platform)
  • Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
  • Meet assigned Quarterly & Yearly revenue targets
  • Manage and train Business Development & Inside Sales teams and drive them to achieve their KPIs
  • Should be well versed with the Digital Transformation technology applications for SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Sales Reports
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of Prospects, Leads, and Opportunities

     

Desired Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Should be a Go-getter Sales Maverick in the IT domain
  • Must have done end-to-end sales globally(Preferably in North America)
  • Experience of selling IT Services & Products
  • Demonstrating a software solution over an online meeting should be second nature
  • The ability to analyze the customer needs and map them to a software solution that addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable.
  • Strong sales skills including business justification, prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Capacity to comprehend the strategic issues of selling IT Services to SMB & Enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies. Strong zeal to overachieve revenue goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines
  • Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Somebody whom customers will not hesitate to call when they are in a problem or call you because they love to talk to you
