MRA Remediation Support
Function the group supports from an LOB perspective:
Monitoring all the tools that monitor the enterprise environment
Key responsibilities:
• Interacting with internal customers to obtain critical data used to monitor tool onboarding
• Writing templates- scripting
Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
• Basic server knowledge,
• Microsoft Windows Server (2016)
• Linux Red Hat Server
• ServiceNow Change control knowledge
Flex Skills:
• Log/monitoring - monitoring the logs on servers - report progress, experience with Jira
• Python scripting knowledge
Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
• Customer service & strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
• Proactive in learning and taking on the next task
No Bachelor's degree or Certifications required
Logistics:
• 2 step ITV with HM and senior engineers
