Job Overview
In this position, you are expected to be a technical expert who brings specialized knowledge to the planning and execution of IT projects with excellent time management and tracking skills. This role involves some extent of hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross- functional teams, story writing and meeting schedule and coordination.
In this position, you will –
Collaborate with senior leadership, business, technical project managers, engineers and testers.
Define or assist creating project plans and timelines.
Create training materials and provide training sessions to end-users as needed.
Write user stories, operating procedures, technical documentation.
Scribe and publish meeting notes, capture and follow up action item.
Conduct risk assessment sessions and establish mitigation plans. Follow up and report to leadership.
Facilitate meetings, team building activities and organize events.
Collate and prepare project status reports, metrics collection for executive leadership and steering committee.
Ability and willingness to learn SQL, JIRA, Confluence and reporting and other development tools to support the development team and fulfill Ad-Hoc request.
Apply process improvement methods by effectively organizing and utilizing organizational assets and the application of best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with project managers, leadership, business and IT teams for project planning, monitoring, execution and reporting.
Identify risk and produce mitigation plans. Track issues and maintain action plans.
Facilitate meetings, events, gather meeting notes and follow ups.
Gather and document business requirements, systems flow, data flow, data dependencies and functional design.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, solution analysis, project kickoffs, standups and status meetings.
Manage inbound request queue, prioritize requests, and communicate status with stakeholders.
Perform QA on applications, processes and reports that have been built by developers.
Conduct quantitative analysis by creating ad-hoc reports/queries using SQL.
Track and report work status for team, people assignments and work completion.
Provide project status reports and executive summaries as required.
Supports IT team governance, audit and controls process.
Manage and govern team data documentation of solution, requirements, specification, credentials and processes.
Adhoc or small project execution with tracking and monitoring
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Has between 0-2 years of IT working experience.
Technical knowledge regarding requirements gathering, process engineering, technical
documentation preferred.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a
variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
Display strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; communicates effectively with all levels of leadership and staff. Presents to executive sponsors occasionally.
Develop, manage and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
