IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Lead the planning, design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex technical solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and resiliency.
• Develop, manage and communicate cost and schedules
• Assess, identify, and monitor potential risks
• Lead and direct team members to ensure timely, cost effective, and quality delivery of services.
• Responsible for mentoring junior talent as well as directing technical staff through technical challenges, tasks and projects.
• Participate in and sometimes lead architectural design discussions.
• Manage a team of Software Engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
• Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects .
• Schedule, coordinate and manage releases across various features and offerings for the internal and external roadmap.
• Prepare documentation for senior executives and align roadmaps with organizational objectives.
• Handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously across internal and external teams as a one total solution.

Education Requirement:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
