Must Haves: Creating roadmaps and timelines using Microsoft projects or similar tool, experience working in large scale complex environments, Strong communication skills and experience communicating with all levels of leadership, risk management and assessment.
Nice to have: PMP, SAFe, Risk, Agile or Change Management certifications

Experience in:
-Running complex projects with large scope that spans across several systems.
-Running projects and familiarity with frameworks such as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and SAFe concepts.
-Familiarity with Research and Development life cycle.
-Project management processes.
-Creating and maintaining short term and long-term roadmaps.
-Risk assessment and management.
-Scope, Schedule, and Change Management.
-Internal controls and quality management.
-Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and customer service skills.
-Ability to influence and collaborate on key decisions across Leadership (SVP’s, VPs, Senior Directors, Directors) and Project Teams (Developers, Testers, Analysts, etc.).
-Audit and Examination from external partners.
-Apply your knowledge of project management, change management and agile principles when necessary.
