IT Project Manager

Job Description:

· Manage multiple projects. Lead all aspects of assigned projects through project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

· The focus of the projects includes but are not limited to logical access, application security/role design, IT policy, IT change management, segregation of duties, and IT operations, IT SOX audit cycle, implementation of necessary controls to support IT compliance, continuous improvement of the overall IT control environment

· Lead multi-disciplinary and technical teams, composed of various levels of personnel, and vendors to create and deploy successful projects.

· Perform Project Planning. Lead the creation/build/updating of project schedules, project charters, project plans, status reports, and work breakdown structures

· Project plan management Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project plan, tracking to project due dates

· Coordinate with project/program stakeholders to refine activities, milestones, roles and responsibilities across workstreams

· Provide technical support to the team and review the work assigned to Software Developers, Systems Analysts and Business analysts working on the project.

· Support monitoring of dependencies and report on program health against timelines

· Support identification of risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies

· Escalate risks and issues to leadership for resolution

· Frequently conduct surveys with all matrixed functional departments managers to ensure successful adoption of the business solution.

· Provide weekly status reporting updates leveraging existing governance structure

· Lead SAP Purchase Requisition approval to SAP PO approval at the total level.

· Lead a Change Management system upgrade.

· Use SDLC, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project

· Negotiates with vendors to procure goods and services required for projects

· Worked on a team for Ariba implementation

· Maintain and Monitor SAP Master data; Aligned same with HR Workday

· Assist in providing SOX technical research to identify updates, guidance, and interpretation of the regulations

· Provide SAP support for external auditor reliance on internal audit work for SOX compliance

· Schedules assignments and manages workload based on agreed upon deadlines

· Propose/maintain SOX Framework control changes (i.e., additions/deletions/modifications) and participate in the change management process

· Assist in developing, communicating, and continually updating enterprise risk assessment efforts

· Ensures alignment to the appropriate SAP governance functions relating to the portfolio and in accordance with guidelines, policies, practices, and procedures.

· Negotiates with vendors and contractors regarding work scope changes and ensure that all contract commitments are completed on time per the scope of work and technical specifications.

· Ensure post implementation stabilization period is just as critical and that the project is handed over to a fully trained business member (with training manuals) who takes ownership of the product.

· Ensures lessons learned (both good and bad) are carefully documented, disseminated, and archived.

· Steward project to ensure project objectives regarding cost, schedule, scope, quality, resources, safety, code compliance, environmental compliance, and quality are met using measurement and reconciliation. 

Requirements:

�€� A minimum of 4-6 years of related experience

�€� Working knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies.

�€� Comprehends technical design specifications and possesses knowledge of development tools and technologies in support of the Information Technology Architecture.

�€� Ability to understand components, functionality, design concepts and interfaces with software application solution.

�€� Ability to utilize SQL and query tools.

�€� Knowledge of C# .NET Framework 4.6/4.5/4.0/3.5/2.0 BCL.

�€� Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Identity, and WCF.

�€� Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS2/3, and JQuery.

�€� Knowledge of source control systems such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).

�€� Experience writing Unit Tests using MSTest or equivalent unit testing framework.

�€� Proficient in Windows operating system, distributed systems, and basics of the Citrix environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

�€� Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio (SSIS, SSRS).

�€� Knowledge of ASP.NET Web API

�€� Knowledge of Unit of Work, Repository, Model View Controller/Presenter

�€� PMP Certification is preferred
