As an IT project manager at the customer, you will have a key role in replacing parts of the system support for their core business, which supports nearly 400 pharmacies and e-commerce in the customer meeting. In this assignment, you will lead the project to replace their existing order processing solution with a new, state-of-the-art solution. Your role will be central in ensuring a smooth transition and that the project delivers value to both customers and the business. You will work closely with their internal development team and an external supplier responsible for development and implementation of the new solution. Your ability to drive the project forward, communicate effectively and manage stakeholders will be critical to achieving their lofty goals.
Main tasks:
Plan and lead the implementation of the project with both internal and external parties.
Ensure that the project is coordinated with the program management's overall plans.
Responsible for ensuring the right resources at the right level.
Manage and follow up the project in accordance with the established budget.
Proactively identify, evaluate and manage potential risks in the project.
Prepare for launch, including testing and pilot implementation.
Handover and documentation to internal teams and relevant functions.
Required Skills:
Experience of successful project management within IT and system implementation in a larger context.
Good understanding of order management systems within Retail in a unified commerce environment.
Good ability to manage dialogues with both operations, technical teams and suppliers.
Excellent communication skills and building relationships with various stakeholders, both within IT and operations.
Structured and methodical way of working with the ability to handle complex projects.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Experience in regulatory operations, order processing or e-commerce is advantageous.
