As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our IT positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your expertise will help us build a strong technical team that drives our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualification Criteria
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
