Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Stack Overflow), networking, and industry events.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., technical assessments, behavioral questions).
Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating salaries, and explaining benefits.
Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Maintain candidate databases and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate setting.
Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant field is a plus.
