IT Solution Analyst

Job Description:

• You build sustainable relationships with your stakeholders. In this way, you discover what needs to exist in terms of business processes, working methods and IT systems. You also delve into various food-related aspects, such as food safety and tracing, in order to deliver the highest possible quality product to our customers.

•You analyze the existing situation, consult with the end users involved the product Owner and propose the best solution based on your expertise.

•You expose the functional and non-functional requirements through a critical needs analysis.

•You design, configure and test the new situation.

•You provide the necessary documentation with which stakeholders and end users can implement your solution sustainably.

•You are part of the 2nd line support (= more complex incidents) and handle incoming incidents in this context.

•After a period of 6 months you will join a system of "waiting". In this system, you will be available for any calls from end users approximately every 5 weeks between 5 am and 10 pm and on Saturdays from 5 am to 2 pm
