Job Description:
This position will be responsible for supporting the company's IT infrastructure and handle systems administration tasks. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate end-user level 2 technology support to internal and remote employees; as well as engineering innovative and productivity enhancing solutions by means of automation. Candidates must have strong troubleshooting, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Job Description :  

  • Responsible for troubleshooting desktop and laptop environments running Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
  • To assist users by performing analysis of various issues relating to LANs, WANs, Internet connectivity, and the installation of hardware and software
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting/configuring O365 Applications such as Outlook, MS Teams Etc.
  • Upgrading and maintaining Windows hardware, software, patches, and other applications
  • Managing and supporting printers, scanners, routers, and switches
  • Basic understanding of Networking such as DNS and DHCP
  • Basic knowledge of managing Active Directory accounts
  • Experience in ticketing tools such as Service Now etc
  • Experience in managing Hardware and Software inventories
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication

 
NOTE: Must have worked in US shifts and can commute to the office by own vehicle.
 
Educational Qualifications and Prior Experience:

  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
  • Any Microsoft Certification will be good.
  • Prior experience (at least 3-4 years) working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function
