Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Hardware/Software trouble solving.
Investigate and analysis IT problem.
Provide solution and recommendation.
Manage admin console gsuite for companies.
Manage user in AD system.
Document HW/SW Inventory
Document HW/SW Network Configuration
Manage configure firewall FortiGate.
Manage LDAP on nas storage.
Manage file sharing on nas storage.
Manage CCTV system.
Manage Log of company’s network follow policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology-related field.
3-5 years of working experience in IT support.
Ability to prioritize workload and provide support in a timely manner.
Good command in English
Experience in Tech Company will be advantage.
Experience in IT admin responsibilities.
Good, serviced mind and team player
