Proactively solve 1st and 2nd level support cases on hard and software issues.
On-prem service - Take care of our office equipment: Install, move, add or change existing installations like work desks, meeting room equipment or other IT-related peripherals in our office space.
Diagnose and provide support on computer system problems, including repairing, servicing, installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.
Help to roll-out and provision internal devices (e.g. laptops, workstations, and other peripherals) to ensure the compliance with the company rules.
What you will need to succeed:
Demonstrated experience in IT support within a heterogeneous environment encompassing Windows, Linux, and MacOS systems.
Proficient operating system expertise, particularly adept at resolving user issues across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
Strong familiarity with contemporary user applications and hardware technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
