IT Web Developer

Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Present design solutions and research findings to stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and setting realistic expectations.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Work on-site at our Juno Beach office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of hashtag#UX design projects and demonstrating user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as hashtag#Sketch, hashtag#Figma, hashtag#Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the utility industry or with energy-related applications.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages such as hashtag#HTML, hashtag#CSS, and hashtag#JavaScript.
- Familiarity with hashtag#Agile development methodologies.
