Scope

Lead ITSM TC with focus on Change Management and Problem Management. This person would support configuration, workshop sessions, oversee other TCs and provide advisory support.

Additional Info

Skills in auto-assignment rules, change windows, up to two risk assessments for IT & Network, one high complexity maintenance window, Change calendars, CAB workbench, and up to 5 multi-modal change models.

For problems will configure problem assignment based on manual triage, share best practices for problem categorization, problem states, problem prioritization.

Education

Any Graduate
