Must-Have

Previous experience in Java Development/Support based projects
Knowledge on framework(Spring/Hibernate)
Good communication skills with willingness to learn and explore new technologies and frameworks
Knowledge in web services(REST/SOAP)
Exposure of app servers such as Tomcat, web logic, Jetty
Exposure to basic querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL

Good-to-Have

Experience in using ServiceNow
Exposure to Mongo, MySQL, Splunk
Exposure to Unix, AWS environment
