Position: Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Java applications. Your expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture will be crucial in contributing to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Java applications using best practices.

Implement and maintain Microservices-based architecture, ensuring seamless communication and integration between services.

Utilize Spring Boot to create RESTful APIs and implement business logic.

Work with Hibernate to interact with databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack, providing timely solutions to technical challenges.

Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Java development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly end product.

Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications and Skills: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven 6+ years of experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.

Experience with database technologies and ORM frameworks.

Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically and analytically.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
