Java Developer

Job Description:

Act as a development lead & coordinate design, delivery, and team management
Perform code/design assessment/reviews.
Participate in requirement/design discussions and assess the impacts and potential opportunities.
Technically challenge the team and help empowering the team.
Excellent knowledge & hands-on experience in Java, Microservices, Cloud tech stack etc.
Be an inclusive of the team and drive the deliverables.
Take responsibility & ownership of deliverables.
Work independently and deliver functionality within expectations & standards.
Ability to resolve roadblocks by communicating and resourcefulness.
Actively participate in SU, ask questions, and give status including in timely Jira comments, worklog, and other required activities.
