Java Full Stack Developer with React Only W2 (Citizen, GC, GC EAD and H4EAD)

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid)

Candidate Preference: Local to Wilmington, DE, or nearby areas.

Must-Have Skills

React JS Expertise: Proficiency in React JS application development and multiple design techniques.
Full-Stack Development: Working proficiency in the React JS toolset for the entire development lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software).
Agile: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with at least one common framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Modern Development Practices: Understanding of CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
Java Proficiency: Experience with Java programming language.
Software Engineering: Working knowledge of software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React JS.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate with APIs and data sources.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end application issues.
Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
