Position  : Java Production Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Requirements
�8+ years of software development experience
�Strong Troubleshooting and Problem solving skills in a complex environment across multiple components
�Ability to identify root cause of performance issues or service degradation
�Advance knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace and experience building production dashboards
�Strong knowledge of microservices using Spring and containerized environment like Openshift
�Strong Java knowledge and experience
�Experience with code optimization
�Strong Communication skills
�Ability to work independently
�Position located in Frisco Texas
�Must be able to be in the office for mandatory 3 days a week. Nice to have  Experience with Identity Access Management development IAM protocols- OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
