About the position

This position is with the Marketing Tech department, which is mainly responsible for some development work on advertising payment platform. The team is currently exposed to cutting-edge technologies such as big data and machine learning. They develop paid Internet marketing-related applications, increase the traffic to portal by sending product advertisements or recommendations on Google, Facebook and third-party websites. Its goal is to bring new users to portal and increase the conversion rate of product purchases. The platforms include a scientific platform and an experimental platform, enabling scientists to test new ideas to improve marketing operations; big data platforms, such as feeds and marketing data platforms, bring high-quality traffic to company portal; and a tracking platform is provided to gain insights into channel efficiency, accelerate development and respond quickly to marketing. Most of the technologies used are open-source, big data projects, such as Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, etc.


Requirement

Above three years of Java development experience, with a professional background in relevant majors.
Core Java skill. Have a deep understanding of the data structures in Java; be familiar with the underlying Java, high concurrency, distributed systems and multi-threading. Experience in front-end development is a plus.
Strong learning ability and enthusiasm for technology.
Proficient in English reading and writing. The ability to communicate orally in Chinese is an added advantage.
