Java Solutions Architect

Skills required:

• Proficient solution architect experience; up to date with modern development tools/patterns; understand where the market is heading to.  (note: solution architecture in an IT landscape that exists out of a variety of technologies and systems)
• Proficient in stakeholder management (supporting, convincing and by natural/content based authority imposing strategies).
• Being able to build a wide (people) network in the ING organization with peers & stakeholders to understand the capabilities and constraints to build solutions. (global service providers like TPA, ICHP, Assisted Channels/IRIS frameworks, etc etc)
• Good (English) communication skills (verbal and in writing; facilitating workshops, documenting solutions, be able to present solutions – alternatives with its pro’s and cons.
• Pro-active approach (reaching out to different departments/teams within ING to seek for information, to align and to work with other people)
