Job Description:-

This role requires the ability to analyze the client’s business requirements and design business process solutions to allow clients to maximize the efficiencies of the Javelina system.  Communication skills, both written and verbal are essential, as well as deep Healthcare Payer expertise and analytical/problem solving capabilities.   

Years of experience needed –

•           Minimum of 3-5-year experience utilizing the Javelina or HEALTHpac platforms.

•           Experience with implementation consulting on other Core Administration Processing Systems will be considered.

 

Technical Skills:

•           Detailed business knowledge of the business fundamentals of Health Plans and TPAs. 

•           Strict attention to detail and adherence to project governance process.

•           Understanding of product development methodologies and processes, strong communication skills, and effective presentation skills.

•           Ability to perform reasoning to enable planning and tracking of complex implementation projects.

 

Certifications Needed:

•           Business or technical college degree or equivalent work experience.
