Description

JBPM Testing Lead responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking workflow
solutions. This pivotal role focuses on test strategy development, execution, and identifying and
resolving issues.

Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive test strategies for jBPM workflow solutions.
• Coordinate with the Product and Technical Leads to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical specifications.
• Execute test plans, document results, and track bug fixes.
• Ensure testing methodologies cover functional, performance, and security requirements.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for all testing activities.

Day-to-Day Activities:
• Designing and implementing test plans and strategies.
• Collaborating with the development team to understand technical details and integration points.
• Leading daily stand-ups to track progress and address issues.
• Providing regular testing reports and insights to the project team.

Required Skills:
• Strong background in testing business process management tools, particularly jBPM.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
• Experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
