L3 Network Data & Security Engineer

Job Description:

Required Skills :

• 8-12 years Relevant Experience.
• Expert knowledge and design aspects on switch, Routing and Wireless using Cisco as platform.
• Must have done Design and Implementation for Data center and Large Enterprises infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on expert level skill sets on Client switches Nexus series 9k, 7k, 5k, 2k & Catalyst series 3000 series 4000 series & 9000 series.
• Hands on expert level skill sets on Client routing platform ISR 3000 series, 4000 series and ASR 1k.
• Strong hands-on experience and design skills on Client firewalls ASA & Palo Alto
• Experience in VPN technologies Global Protect, IPSEC, SSL, EZVPN, DMVPN and GETVPN
• Experience working with Cisco ISE, Radius and TACACS servers (ISE, ACS)
• Good experience on LAN switching technologies: STP, Trunk, Ether channel, VPC, and good understanding of high availability (HSRP and VRRP),
• Good understanding of DHCP, DNS and Infoblox
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Client ISR routers, switches & Wireless controller,
• Hands-on Experience on Load Balancer, A10 Load Balancers, GSLBs and should be familiar with LB Concepts like LACP, PaGP.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting VDC, VPC, OTV, Fabric path, FCoE and multi-tenancy in the datacenter.
• Very strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking skills solid BGP, IPV4, IPv6, Change management.
• Experience working on CoS, QoS, WRED and related quality of service parameters.
• Working knowledge on MPLS, Metro Ethernet and Hub & Spoke concepts.
• Knowledge in working with telecom carriers, link issue resolution, telecom circuit provisioning/ issue fixing.
• Hands-on experience in working with tools like Service Now, Riverbed NetIM, Cisco DNA Center
• Should be adept at handling issues pertaining network or service outages, engage multiple SME teams and Customer management when requires.
