Role: LATAM Hub Coordinator
Jobs and Responsibilities:
Talk with the countries involved in LATAM in order to understand their needs, align them transversally by creating a LATAM calendar.
Avoid inconsistencies in terms of CMS changes while fully coordinating needs with their web mastering agency.
Regroup on a regular cadence with the Hub leads.
Align to different countries’ needs.
Raise tickets on Jira and do regular follow-ups until the issue has been fixed.
Ensure that the content updates across different sites in the Hub are consistent.
Regroup with Global or Local Teams to discuss initiatives.
The person would be fully accountable for the different decisions being taken by different markets/countries and should be coordinating the different technical enhancements.
Strategize and prepare the roadmap, supervise and monitor the daily progress.
Regular communication with different stakeholders.
Oversee the different campaigns across different calendars.
Should have high level technical understanding that would help in Enhancements.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills – The primary skill needed for the position is communication skills, as the role demands constant communication with different stakeholders across different countries.
Proficient in Spanish – A major part of the stakeholders involved would have Spanish as their primary language of communication. And thus, the person should be fluent in Spanish.
Proficient in English – The position would demand communication with Global client Teams and leaders, and thus, he/she should be fluent in English.
Should have project management skills who would be able to align with different countries across Latam.
