Working with our clients to understand their business challenges and define the associated digital platform solutions - undertaking requirements gathering, client interviewing, documentation of processes and process assessment, and effectively communicating these to various audiences
Design and implementation of Appian low-code solutions, and organisation models to meet client digital platform needs
Skills Required
8-10+ Year in Appian enterprise workflow application development and integration including providing architectural solutions design, development and deployment using Appian in a major FS or Corporate business(s). A self-starter with a desire to be part of a growing and entrepreneurial business.
Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills
Financial services experience is desirable (eg Banking, Wealth, Insurance sectors)
Deep hands-on Appian development skills & experience - Level 2 or above
Agile project lifecycle experience and skills covering sprint planning, delivery, QA and continuous deployment disciplines
Good understanding of Financial Services business functions (eg Finance, Insurance, Risk, Compliance, Regulation)
Knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices
Good understanding of Appian data and enterprise database concepts. Strong working knowledge any one of the major databases
Experience of API integration design and development, including Appian connectors
Familiar with Appian plug ins including rules engines
Understand products pitfalls and ability to determine the products best fit and most efficient use
