Position: Lead Business Analyst 
Location: Hudson County, NJ***Day 1 Onsite***

New Billing, Potential, Committed Business Analyst- AE Mailer Business Analyst, TDS This position works with internal and external customers to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements as part of the technology product division of Syneos Health. Engages with customers internal partners and influences project decisions; assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.

Responsibilities- Participate in day-to-day business discussions with key stakeholders and customers (external and internal) regarding declared and undeclared needs. Captures and documents those needs and user requirements, ability to write a user story for development. Collaborate with internal development team on new business initiatives, gather and translate requirements, and be involved in the technical development of reporting needs. Assess risk and provide proactive messaging along with potential solutions. Support QAUAT processes including ability to create and review business test cases and assist users in testing. Partner with customers and g. product and business use cases. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS- Independence to run several medium complex projects across internal and or external customers Post Graduate degree in any field At least 4-5 full cycle implementation experience (SDLC) in BI Analytics based projects in the Biopharma, Life Science, or Healthcare sector Demonstrated knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile Lean methodologies Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to engage both onshore and offshore teams as well as customers to achieve target outcomes Good technical understanding including Architecture, Data Analytics and Project Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support Excellent written and verbal communications; Customer focused approach through active listening Ability to remain agile and nimble while navigating a matrixed organization Self-starter, proactive, strong-business acumen, excellent follow-through Added advantage if experienced in Finance Accounting or HRIS areas within healthcare. Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model. Technical skills needed are SQL, some BI tools, and the ability to learn our proprietary technology. Mastery over Microsoft suite of products. Familiarity with transaction processing applications such as Oracle
