Lead Business Systems Analyst
MUST be local to Iselin, New Jersey Hybrid (1-2 days in office)
10-15 years of Business Analysis experience
Need Current Project as Financial/Banking Domain!!!
Ability to capture UI requirements
Jira and Agile a MUST
Financial/investment banking experience required should be in the current project
SQL and data mining experience
• 10-15 years of Business Analysis experience
• Work closely with business users at all levels to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing financial business applications.
• Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically send status reports.
• Ability to provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office, and back-office users.
• Should have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.
• Should have prior experience interacting and communicating with senior management.
• Should have experience working in fast paced, high pressure environments.
• Should be able to drive projects with minimal, unstructured or no requirements.
• Should be able to track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion.
• Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to prioritize and allocate resources and tasks effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and work with multiple teams
Skills:
Ability to capture UI requirements
Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology is a must.
Should have prior financial domain/investment banking experience.
SQL knowledge and data mining skills.
