About the Role:

In this opportunity as Lead Developer Service Cloud, you will:

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.


About You:

You're fit for the role of Lead Developer Service Cloud, if your background includes:

Years of Experience: 10 - 15 Years.
Leading and managing the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and projects, including designing and developing custom solutions,


and integrating the Salesforce platform with other systems and applications.

Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet customer support needs.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead with a focus on Service Cloud implementations.
Develop and maintain robust Customer Community portals for seamless interaction between customers and your organization.
Hands on Experience in Service Cloud features like Case Management,Case Routing,Live Agent,Omni-Channel,and Knowledge Base to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Knowledge in Live agent webchats,Role-based permissions,Team collaboration systems,Community Cloud integration,Service-level agreements (SLA) with visual timelines.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the organization to drive successful implementation of Service Cloud solutions.
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using REST/SOAP APIs, and manage data migration and integration processes.
Work closely with Salesforce Architects and other technical teams to support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements and design specifications.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for the Salesforce platform.
