Lead DevOps Engineer

• Collaborate proficiently with Agile development teams, partnering with seasoned engineers to execute full life cycle applications
• Spearhead the development of infrastructure processes.
• Lead the team in achieving and sustaining a robust CI/CD model for deployment.
• Establish quality gates for each build and drive automation in release management and deployment.
• Take charge of monitoring, administering, and deploying Systems and Services on a top-tier cloud platform.
• Implement advanced monitoring tools and build frameworks.
• Engage with development and test organizations to guarantee security, availability, reliability, and performance.
• Drive the implementation of system monitoring dashboards and the generation of comprehensive reports.
• Assume responsibility for troubleshooting production issues and coordinating with the development team as required.

Good to have:

• Experience of minimum 7 years as a DevOps/Sr. DevOps Engineer.
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Skills Required: Coding, Database Administrator (DBA), Linux server
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, PLSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB
• Web and application server e.g. Tomcat / IIS / Apache / Nginx
• Load balancing e.g. HaProxy / Nginx / PgPool-II
• Monitoring e.g. Netdata / ELK / Nagios / Zabbix / New Relic
• Shell scripting e.g. Bash Script / PowerShell
• Source code versioning e.g. Git / SVN
• Cloud platform e.g. AWS/ GCP / Azure
• Understand virtualization and containerization as a tool for growing scalability, reliability and expediency;
• Employing secure coding practices including familiarity with OWASP top ten
