Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to join our team. The Recruitment Lead will support the recruitment processes for clients during the day shift. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for day processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to fill future vacancies.
- Manage and track all recruitment activities and progress through ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Provide recruitment metrics and reporting to leadership on a regular basis.
- Train and mentor junior recruitment team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting for markets is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment software.
