Lead Java Developer

What you will do:

30% of your time will be solutioning as the technical point of contact with the client.
50% of your time will be spent as a Lead Developer in a traditional Agile Scrum project structure.
The remainder of your time will be working as a Team Lead helping to mentor team members on code reviews and best practices.
What is required

5 years experience with full stack development using AWS, Java, Kubernetes, React, Spring Boot.
It would be a plus if you have experience with Python, Go and Swift.
Experience as a Lead Developer that has coached and mentored junior team members.
Excellent communication skills with experience working and communicating directly with a client.
A player/coach mentality.
