Lead Java Fullstack developer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead Java Fullstack Developer at Diamondpick in Pune, The Lead Java Fullstack Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, software development, and full-stack development tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, React/Angular, and SQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications, focusing on code quality and best practices.
Work closely with DevOps to deploy applications on AWS and manage cloud infrastructure.
Integrate Python scripts and modules to enhance application functionality.
Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java, React or Angular, SQL, and AWS.
At least 2 years of experience in a lead role, managing and mentoring development teams.
Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
Solid knowledge of SQL and database design.
Experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and more.
Proficiency in Python for backend integration or automation tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
