  • Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN,DC-LAN, WAN and WLAN environment.
  • Strong experience of handling  Network team
  • Strong Knowledge of Juniper Network (Routing & Switching)
  • Knowledge of Wireless (Aruba)
  • Knowledge of server Load balancer (F5/ Citrix )
  • Knowledge of SDWAN
  • Knowledge of Cloud Network.
  • Knowledge of MPLS, DMVPN and QOS .
  • Knowledge of DHCP, DNS & IPAM.
  • Strong knowledge on IPsec, VPNs, GRE , NAT/PAT over various platform
  • Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP & ISIS).
  • Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP).
  • Remote management and monitoring of Network operations
  • 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
  • Level 3 and Level 4 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.
  • Creation of MOP /SOP and planning change management process.
  • Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP.
  • Planning and perform upgrade of network devices
  • Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems
  • Act as an SME SPOC for certain network products provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review report.
  • Help team to Create RCA whether you have been involved directly or indirectly.
