Job Description:   

Support Sales organization and processes through the administration and development of Salesforce.

Design solutions, applying best practices and principles; work with the team of administrators/developers in adhering to best practices while continuing to improve the quality and productivity of our development practices.

Develop customized solutions with hands-on coding in Apex Programming, and Lightning when needed; Build custom apps and objects, formulas, workflows, validation rules, visual flows, process builders, reports, and dashboards on the Salesforce platform.

Configure third-party apps and integrations.

Partner with the Product/Sales Manager to understand and analyze the business requirements.

Support with troubleshooting and fixing issues

Recommend Salesforce dashboard and reporting improvements, including enhanced views and formats

Assist with operations, data cleanup and migration efforts to ensure data is accurate and compliant

Collaborate with the appropriate departments to develop and maintain Salesforce projects

Demonstrates the ability to manage projects and meet stated deadlines

Specific Requirements:

5+ years of relevant work experience in Salesforce development, with emphasis on the Salesforce Lightning platform

Salesforce certification required: Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II (optional)

Experience with Apex, Force.Com, SOQL, Triggers, LWC, and VisualForce page development
