Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Description

This is a lead Salesforce Developer (NO 3RD PARTY) role, with a hybrid work model, located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, offering flexibility for some remote work. This is a contract role. As a lead Salesforce Developer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions for various clients. The candidate will lead the development and delivery of Salesforce solutions, oversee the development team, collaborate with the product team, and provide technical direction to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in leading Salesforce development teams
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, custom development, integration, and data migration
• Experience in developing solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST and SOAP APIs, and web integrations
• Experience in database modeling, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the full software development life cycle, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
