- Work cross-functionally to build new services and data models to operationalize our platform at scale

- Are willing to become an expert at how to build applications with an Object Oriented language. We work with Java primarily, so a working knowledge of coding in Java OR ability to learn it IS REQUIRED.
- Have a working knowledge of database concepts and some knowledge of SQL along with other non-relational data stores is required
- We use AWS extensively. A working knowledge of working with AWS will vault you to the top of the list but is not required

- You must have 5 to 7 years of experience developing on a CRM platform like Salesforce (Apex, LWC and API)
- The job is - 50% hands on SFDC Dev, 50% interact with offshore; kind of hybrid Dev Lead role
- Interview process will include a programming test
