Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Level IT Developer to play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our customer needs. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Debug and troubleshoot software findings and defects, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Gather and refine project requirements from project managers and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers, offering technical guidance and support.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of development methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
- Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Agile software development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow certifications are highly desired.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CRM, and HRM suite of applications.
- In-depth hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and understanding its modules and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, Integration Hub).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing.
- Customization skills in configuring ServiceNow applications to align with business processes.
Skills & Experience:
- ServiceNow Expertise: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, capabilities, and modules.
- Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integration methods like REST, SOAP, Mid Servers, and Integration Hub.
