Description

Qualifications
5+ years of Enterprise experience with a track record of writing applications in Java for companies with revenues exceeding $1 billion.
Experience working on large-scale modernization or greenfield SaaS projects.
This is a multi-year engagement initially focusing on backend development, with future projects planned for frontend development.

Required Skills:

Core Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Microservices
JDBC, SQLServer, PostGresSQL
Query optimizing
Spring Framework with Boot Extensions
Java microservice architecture
API development (both publisher and consumer) Strong code and system documentation skills
Best practices in software development (SDLC, etc.) Git
Agile/Scrum methodology
Azure or AWS Cloud experience - EC2, VM, S3, Disks
Docker/Kubernetes

Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka Pub/Sub
Familiarity with Azure DevOp
Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.
