Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join the team as a technical lead. As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in building fully-fledged applications using a range of different technologies using Python, Lambdas, SQL, and AWS. These applications are being used to aggregate all the documents used across the enterprise to correctly file environmental tax credits, and simultaneously, create an inventory of tax credits to sell to third parties, as well as transfer of credits in their data repository. This developer will design, develop, and test the new application for enterprise tax credit tracking and inventory management. Job Duties & Responsibilities

•    Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs primarily in Python
•    Develop APIs and make API calls to various data repositories and applications
•    Integrate data pipelines using APIs through Apigee
•    Write unit tests to continually improve quality and our ability to introduce features
•    Work in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code
•    Plan development solutions based on project objectives and requirements
•    Collaborate with other developers to maintain structured code
•    Create lambdas functions using Python for self-contained functionality
•    Integrate and connect applications to a serverless platform using AWS
•    Environment: Python, APIs, SQL, AWS, Lambdas, and more
Defines metrics and monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems being developed.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 5+ years
