Job Summary:
We are in search of a results-focused Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on maximizing sales opportunities and delivering top-tier customer service. With a knack for nurturing relationships, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and ensuring our clients' experiences shift from average to exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct inbound and outbound calls to commercial customers to qualify them for the purchase of our client’s proprietary technology solution
· Adhere to the Client's criteria, ensuring prospects meet the budget, authority, need, and timing as part of the qualification motion.
· Maintain a robust knowledge of the Client's products and offerings to effectively nurture and qualify leads, confirming sales appointments
· Utilize decision-making and problem-solving abilities to navigate sales challenges.
· Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial qualification and lead development through acquisition and customer onboarding.
· Set and pursue sales goals, closing deals with precision and confidence.
What you Bring to the Role:
· A minimum of one (1) year of inbound/outbound sales experience within a B2B or B2C environment.
· Proven track record in setting goals and closing sales.
· Experience in customer service and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with CRM software and efficient telephone handling.
· A proactive and target-driven mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
