Description

Provide expert technical support in the infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) and process Compliance.
Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
Solaris server administration
Exposure to Solaris clustering and ZFS knowledge
AIX / Linux server administration and team management.
Good communication skills, Need to participate in client meetings.
Handle regular day-to-day IT Infra operations.
Installation of systems OS, Applications and break fixing of H/W and S/W issues.
Working on Service Desk tickets.
Coordinating with IT stakeholders to fix the issues.
Participate in internal/external audits to showcase the IT compliance status.
Perform the IT-related task and update the status of higher management regularly.
A minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in IT Solaris/ AIX / Linux / Unix Domain with proven experience in Windows Operations.
