Engagement: Currently we are to engage Senior Student Counsellors for counselling prospective students about professional competitive exams and the process involved. The incumbent profile will be expected to drive the company’s efforts to achieve its sales targets through counselling enrolments for competitive exams in professional education.

Job Description:

• Handling telephonic & walk-In inquiries.
• Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
• To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
• To respond to inquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
• Convert the inquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
• To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
• To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
• To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually.
• Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India.
• To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have experience in education-related counseling work.
• The experience between 4 - 6 years in the voice/international BPO process may also be considered.
• An enthusiastic individual with a discipline and a professional approach is desirable.
• Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.
