Mainframe and Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using COBOL and Java for modernization efforts.

Work on Java APIs and batch jobs, integrating with mainframe systems.

Perform complex software analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for mission-critical systems.

Provide technical support and mentorship for junior developers.

Qualifications:

10 years of experience in software development, with strong skills in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and ChangeMan.

Proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Core, Spring Boot, MVC, Integration).

Experience with Agile/Scrum, RESTful services, DevOps, and AWS.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills.
